An older horse brass medallion featuring the town of York Minster. Shows normal wear consistent with use and age, including a few pitted spots. Measures 3.25" by 3.5".
Horse brass medallions were at their height during the late 1800s to early 1900s, and were used to embellish horse harnesses for show. Use them today as ornaments, tied to wreath with pretty ribbon, or frame in a shadowbox.
