Furniture Shipping Policies

Thank you for your interest in having our heirlooom-quality furniture delivered to your home. Please carefully review our policies below prior to your furniture purchase.

How We Ship Your Furniture

At checkout, each piece of furniture will be charged a non-refundable $25 furniture shipping coordination fee. This fee allows us to obtain a custom quote for shipping your furniture and covers our cost and time to prepare it for shipment.

After checkout, we will contact our trusted shipping partner and obtain a quote to deliver your purchased furniture. This quote will be based upon your delivery address and the size of the furniture.  

You can get an idea of potential costs if you look at our example map. Please note this map is provided only as an example, your shipping costs may be higher, especially for larger items.

Once we obtain your quote, we will contact you via email. If you accept your quote, you will then:

  1. Be contacted directly by the shipping company
  2. Pay 20% deposit to the shipping company
  3. Maintain contact with shipping company to schedule final delivery
  4. Pay final balance at delivery

If you choose not to accept your quote, your furniture purchase will be refunded minus the $25 fee. Please note this fee is non-refundable.

Furniture may be picked up for free at our local Northwest Arkansas showroom. Please select "local-pickup" at checkout for this option. 

Please note for local pickup, you will need to bring blankets and any necessary moving support, as movers are not available on-site.

    You will be charged a non-refundable $25 fee at checkout when purchasing furniture. Please note this is not the full shipping cost.

  • We Arrange a Quote & Delivery

    After checkout, we will arrange a custom delivery quote from our trusted carrier. You will then communicate with and pay them directly for your shipping service.

  • Important Additional Details

    Furniture delivery can take up to 8 weeks and additional insurance may be purchased. Delivery only includes to ground floor, curbside.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to ship a furniture piece?

All furniture is initially charged a $25 non-refundable fee at checkout. Rates the vary sigificantly based upon where you live and how large the furniture is. Please see our example map above for an idea of what it costs to ship an average small dresser.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.  Our priority is safety of your purchase and cost effectiveness for you.

Is my furniture shipment insured?

Your custom quote includes $500 of insurance coverage against damages. You may purchase additional coverage directly from our shipping partner if you like.

Is furniture crated for shipping?

No, we blanket and shrink wrap furniture for shipping, which is a more economical option than full crating. Special care is taken with marble and glass.

Can my furniture be delivered upstairs?

No, your shipping quote includes only delivery to the curbside, ground floor. If you need your furniture delivered inside or up the stairs, you may discuss your needs with our shipping partner for an extra charge.
