Hi, I’m Melanie. Founder of Lost & Found and curator of The Found Collection.

More than a decade ago, Lost & Found began with early mornings at flea markets, a love for well-made furniture, and a simple desire to create a home that felt personal and lived in. What started as a small antique booth has slowly grown into a family-run business serving customers across the country.

Over the years, my work has evolved from restoring and selling individual finds to thoughtfully sourcing pieces chosen for their character, craftsmanship, and ability to live comfortably in modern homes. The Found Collection represents that next chapter with a more intentional approach to collecting, where each piece is selected not just for how it looks, but for the story and presence it brings to a space.

The First Arrivals shop offers an early glimpse into those finds. These are pieces gathered along the way in both my English and American travels, and released ahead of our seasonal collection events.

I believe homes are layered slowly, shaped by objects that carry history and meaning. My hope is that the pieces you find here become part of your home’s story for years to come.
