A vintage Chinese calligraphy brush featuring a carved handle with blue and white porcelain beads decorated in traditional Chinese script. Originally used for brush painting and calligraphy, pieces like this are appreciated today for both their craftsmanship and decorative appeal. Easy to display on stacked books, in an office, or alongside Asian ceramics and decorative accessories. The end cap and ferrule are made of early plastic or celluloid-type material. Bristles appear to be natural animal hair.
