Antique French Diurnal or Catholic liturgical book, from the diocese of Bayeux. Approximately 1,000 pages of prayers and hymns. Dark green leather cover and spine with gilt font. Beautiful French fonts and text. 

There is no dating, however age estimated to be 1860 to 1880.  Sourced in England.

Measures 6" by 3.5", and 1.5" thick. Shows wear consistent with age including significant wear on cover, cover edges, and yellowed pages. There is also evidence of ink staining on the outside of the pages, and it appears the first few pages may be missing.
