A handsome antique English oak clerk’s desk with a wonderfully distinctive slanted writing surface and beautifully aged patina.

Designed as a practical working desk, it features a broad angled top, a raised gallery rail along the back, two small front drawers, and a central kneehole opening beneath the writing surface. Turned legs and stretchers give the base additional character.

It would make a striking writing desk, entryway piece, library desk, or decorative stand for books and collected objects.

As with all antique furniture, expect age-related wear, surface marks, small imperfections, and evidence of previous use. These are part of the history and character of the piece. Please review photos closely for condition.

MEASUREMENTS: 29" wide, 19" deep, 39.5" tall (including trimwork)
