An antique English white ironstone food mold featuring a detailed reclining lion in relief, framed by a scalloped border. Originally used for molded puddings, jellies, or savory dishes, these decorative molds are now highly collectible as wall décor or displayed on open shelving.

The mold has a creamy white glaze with attractive overall crazing consistent with age. It does have two mature chips on the base, as shown in the photos.

This mold measures 8" by 5.5." Circa 1890. Sourced in England.
