Products like this were used to quickly prepare rich broth or soup by dissolving a small amount of the paste in hot water.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"2168\" data-end=\"2454\"\u003eThe screw top lid is intact and still screws\/unscrews. There is a bit of damage to the inner rim, as shown in the photos, and also a half inch chip on the base. The jar measures approximately 5.25\" tall and 3.5\" in base at the diameter.
